Where the endurance community connects
ZOOMA Women’s Race Series, known for their stunning race medals and fun races in beautiful places, is pleased to announce their partnership with Boxed Water as the Official Water Sponsor for the series.
“We are always looking for ways to put the planet first and be more conscious of our carbon footprint, said ZOOMA race series owner and Chief Inspiration Officer Sarah Ratzlaff. “Serving Boxed Water at the finish line of ZOOMA races will eliminate hundreds of plastic bottles from our ecosystem. The paper cartons are recyclable AND biodegradable, while plastic bottles take 700 years to break down.”
While many bottled waters contain dissolvable solids, salt and Sodium Phosphate, Boxed Water is 100% purified water, with no minerals added. Boxed Water partners with the National Forest Foundation to plant two trees for every social post containing #BetterPlanet and #BoxedWater.
Registration for the ZOOMA Women’s Race Series is now open at www.zoomarun.com

About Boxed Water
Boxed Water is a sustainable packaged-water company that enables socially conscious consumption by re-thinking the way water is sold, shipped and consumed. Founded in 2009, Boxed Water is an alternative to bottled water that is built on three principles: sustainability, efficiency and philanthropy. Each carton is made using renewable paper from certified, well-managed forests and is 100 percent recyclable. Boxed Water has also reduced its carbon footprint and increased efficiency by shipping its cartons flat to the plant to be filled. Once filled, its square-shape reduces shipping waste versus round bottles, reducing the number of trucks needed to transport the product. The company currently has offices in Grand Rapids, Mich., and Los Angeles, and is currently produced and filled in Holland, Mich. Find out more at www.boxedwaterisbetter.com
