Customer Service Representative: imATHLETE

imATHLETE is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us maintain our reputation for excellent service in our LA office.


EDUCATION: 2-5+ years of relevant experience in customer support/service

EXPERIENCE: Previous member of customer service teams in a small to mid-­sized technology company

  • Strong attention to detail, willing to sweat the small stuff, but mindful of overall strategy and significance

  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

  • Support site users with both technical questions and navigation of our site.

  • Effectively handle both inbound and outbound support via phone and email.

  • Handle multiple computer applications at one time.

  • Experience with a CRM such as, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other similar system.

  • Outstanding communicator: verbal, written and interpersonal. Able to communicate to both technical and non ­‐ technical audiences is a must.

  • Takes to new technology/software quickly with little guidance. Your friends rely on you to know all the latest technology trends

  • A team player, willing to roll up their sleeves to help the company grow and accomplish the needed technology milestones

  • Proficiency with Excel

  • Someone with an interest in endurance sports is preferred

  • Potentially some non-traditional hours (weekends/evenings)
